We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef for Age Groups to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring balanced nutrition tailored to the dietary needs of children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing meals for different age groups, solid knowledge of nutrition, and the ability to create varied and tasty menus while adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
Key responsibilities include planning and preparing daily meals, working with nutritionists and medical staff to adapt menus according to the specific needs of each age group, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The chef must consider allergies, food intolerances, and cultural or religious preferences during meal preparation.
It is important that the chef is creative, organized, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. They must also have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with other professionals in health and education. Previous experience in a school cafeteria, daycare center, nursing home, or similar institution is an advantage.
